Film your VEYRAH products, post it, and tag us. If your content is selected, we reward you with store credit — up to the full value of your order.

We’re glad you’d like to share VEYRAH. These terms explain how our content and rewards programme works, and the few things we each agree to when you take part. We’ve kept them as plain as we can. By creating content featuring VEYRAH products and tagging us, you accept these terms, so please read them before you post.

1. The basics

• VEYRAH is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99875365. You can reach us at support@byveyrah.com.
• These terms govern the programme. We may update them from time to time, and the version published on our website at the time you post is the one that applies.
• Where the programme touches on a purchase or your personal data, our general Terms of Sale and our Privacy Policy apply alongside these terms.

2. Who can take part

You can take part if:

• you are 18 or older;
• you have made a genuine purchase of the VEYRAH product or products shown, and they are your own;
• you are posting from your own social media account, set to public so the content is visible;
• you are not acting on behalf of a competitor, and are not already engaged by us under a separate paid agreement, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We cannot accept entries that breach the rules of the platform you post on.

3. How it works

• Create a video featuring your VEYRAH product or products, post it publicly, and tag our official account so we can find it.
• We review entries at our discretion. We are under no obligation to review, respond to, feature, or reward any particular entry.
• If we would like to offer you a reward, we will contact you using the details linked to your account or your order.

4. Telling people it’s a partnership

• Because a reward may be involved, your content is a form of advertising. You agree to make this clear to your audience, for example with a visible “paid partnership” label, “#ad”, or an equivalent, in line with the Dutch Advertising Code (Reclame Code) and any rules that apply where you live.
• We may ask you to add or correct a disclosure before we issue a reward, and we may decline content that is not properly disclosed.

5. Rewards

• Rewards are given entirely at our discretion. Taking part does not entitle you to a reward, and nothing in these terms is a promise of payment.
• Where a reward is offered, it is normally a portion of your order value, issued as VEYRAH store credit towards a future purchase. We decide the amount, and we may change reward levels at any time.
• For content that achieves exceptional reach, we may choose to go further, up to the value of the order the content relates to. This is always our decision, made case by case, and is never guaranteed.
• Store credit is personal to you, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold. It may carry an expiry date and reasonable conditions, which we will tell you when it is issued.
• We may withhold or reverse a reward if an entry is ineligible, breaches these terms, or appears fraudulent, or if the related order is cancelled, returned, or charged back.

6. What your content should, and shouldn’t, do

• Your content must be your own original work, and honest, lawful, and decent.
• It must reflect your own genuine experience. Please describe our products only as skincare: do not make medical, therapeutic, or curative claims, or any claim about results that we have not made ourselves. We may decline content that does.
• It must not be misleading, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful, and must not infringe anyone’s rights or include material, such as music, brands, or other people, that you do not have permission to use.
• You are responsible for anyone who appears in your content and for any third-party material it contains.

7. Permission to use your content

• By submitting content and tagging us, you give VEYRAH permission to use it. Specifically, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to use, host, reproduce, edit, adapt, combine, publish, and display your content, and your name, social handle, and image as they appear in it, across any media now known or developed in future. This includes our website, our social and marketing channels, and paid advertising.
• This permission takes effect when you submit or tag your content, and applies whether or not you receive a reward.
• You can ask us to stop using your content going forward, and we will do so within a reasonable time. Content already published, and advertising already running or committed, may continue, and we may keep copies where we need to for our records or to meet a legal obligation.
• You confirm that you own or control your content and hold all rights needed to grant this permission, that granting it does not break any agreement or infringe anyone’s rights, and that, to the fullest extent the law allows, you agree not to assert moral rights in the content against us or anyone we authorise.
• We are not obliged to use your content, and our using it does not entitle you to any payment beyond a reward we choose to give.

8. Your privacy

• To run the programme and use your content, we process limited personal data, such as your social handle, the content itself and the people in it, and the contact details linked to your order. We rely on your consent and on our agreement with you to do this.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, on the same basis set out in section 7. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Independent participation

• Taking part does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of VEYRAH. You act on your own behalf, and you are responsible for any tax or other obligations that may apply to a reward you receive.

10. Our rights

• We may decline, remove, or edit any content, refuse or withdraw any reward, and change, pause, or end the programme at any time, without notice and without liability to you. Where we make decisions under these terms, we will do so reasonably, and our decisions are final.

11. Responsibility and protection

• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
• Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, VEYRAH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the programme or from the use of content submitted to it.
• To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover us for any third-party claims, losses, or reasonable costs that arise from your content or from your breach of these terms, for example a claim that your content infringes someone’s rights.

12. General

• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
• These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any protections that cannot be set aside under the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under those rules. Otherwise, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
