If your skin isn’t visibly calmer, brighter, or more comfortable after 60 days of daily use, we don’t want your money.
We formulate barrier-first, certify with Ecocert COSMOS, and test on real skin — so we know our routines work for most people. We also know no formula works for everyone: skin is personal, and some skin reacts to natural fragrance. That’s exactly why the guarantee exists. Give a routine 60 honest days, and if it doesn’t deliver, your first order is on us. If you get an allergic reaction, you don’t have to wait — you can claim before the 60 days are over.

The guarantee covers your first VEYRAH order — one claim per customer, ever. An approved claim refunds the full product value of that order, excluding shipping.
Before & after photos
Activate within 5 days of delivery: email one clear photo of the area you want to improve to support@byveyrah.com, with your order number, before you start. Your claim needs a comparable after photo from day 60. No activation, no guarantee.
Follow the routine
Use your products daily, as instructed on the product page and packaging, for 60 consecutive days from delivery. You then have 30 days to submit your claim.

How it works
Activate on arrival
The day your order arrives, take one clear photo of the area you want to improve and email it to support@byveyrah.com with your order number — before you start. That photo is your day-1 baseline. We’ll reply to confirm your guarantee is active, with your exact dates.
Give it 60 honest days
Use your products every day, as instructed. Consistency is the whole point — skin only shows real change over full renewal cycles, so the guarantee only counts with 60 consecutive days of use.
Not convinced? Money back
Between day 60 and day 90, reply to your activation email with your after photo, taken in the same light and angle. If your skin shows no improvement despite correct use, we refund your first order (excl. shipping) to your original payment method.
Timeline
Why 60 days?
Skin renews itself roughly every 28 days — and more slowly as we age. One cycle is barely a beginning. Two full cycles is where barrier repair, tone, and texture changes actually become visible. Anything shorter would be a guarantee on first impressions, not on results.

Guarantee FAQ
I FORGOT TO ACTIVATE — AM I STILL COVERED?
The before photo is what makes the guarantee work, so activation within 5 days of delivery is a firm condition. If your order just arrived, email your photo now and you’re set. If the window has passed, the guarantee can’t apply — but your statutory return rights are unaffected.
DO BUNDLES AND SUBSCRIPTIONS COUNT?
Yes. Your first order is covered whether it’s a single product, a bundle, or the first delivery of a subscription. An approved refund covers the products in that first order or delivery, excluding shipping.
DO I NEED TO SEND THE PRODUCTS BACK?
No. You’ll have used them daily for 60 days — that’s the deal. Keep them, finish them, recycle the packaging.
WHAT COUNTS AS A VALID PHOTO?
A normal phone photo is perfect: clear, well-lit, unedited — no filters, no retouching. Take your after photo in the same place, light, and angle as your before photo so they’re honestly comparable, and keep the original files.
HOW AND WHEN DO I GET MY MONEY?
We review every claim personally within 10 business days. Once approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days.
WHAT IF MY SKIN REACTS?
Stop using the product immediately — never push through a reaction. Email us photos of the reaction and you can claim before the 60 days are over. If your skin is fragrance-sensitive, start with our fully fragrance-free Sensitive Skin Moisturiser.
IS THIS THE SAME AS MY 14-DAY RETURN RIGHT?
No — it’s on top of it. Your EU statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery stays fully intact (see our withdrawal form page). The guarantee is for the opposite case: you kept the products, used them properly, and they still didn’t deliver.
WHY ALL THE CONDITIONS?
Because honesty runs both ways. The photos and daily use keep claims genuine — which keeps the guarantee affordable, and our prices honest for everyone else. We’d rather set clear rules than quietly make claiming impossible.
The full terms
- The VEYRAH 60-Day Guarantee applies to your first order placed at byveyrah.com. It can be used once per customer — one claim per person, household, delivery address, and payment method.
- Activation is required: within 5 days of delivery, and before first use, email one clear, unedited photo of the area you want to improve to support@byveyrah.com, including your order number. Claims without valid activation are not eligible.
- You must use the product(s) daily, as instructed on the product page and packaging, for 60 consecutive days from the delivery date.
- Claims can be submitted from day 60 to day 90 after delivery, by replying to your activation email with an after photo taken in comparable conditions (same angle and lighting, no filters or edits) and a short description of how you used the products. Claims submitted before day 60 or after day 90 cannot be accepted.
- Exception: if you experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately. You may submit your claim before day 60 with photos of the reaction.
- Photos must be genuine, unedited, and date-verifiable. Edited, filtered, or AI-generated images void the claim.
- An approved claim refunds the product value of the qualifying first order, excluding shipping costs, to the original payment method. Products do not need to be returned.
- Claims are reviewed within 10 business days; approved refunds are issued within 10 business days of approval.
- For subscription orders, the guarantee applies to the first delivery only.
- The guarantee applies only to products purchased directly at byveyrah.com.
- We reserve the right to decline claims that show signs of misuse, abuse, or fraud, and to amend these terms for future orders.
- This guarantee is a voluntary commercial warranty offered by VEYRAH and applies in addition to your statutory rights, including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal and legal conformity rights, which remain unaffected.
